During Aistear this term, we learned all about the continents, the animals you find there and how hot and cold different countries are. We were scientists and learned about solids, liquids and gases and even enjoyed melting chocolate to make lovely treats. We learned about travel, packing for holidays and role-played being at the airport. We read “The true story of the Three Little Pigs” and learned about different points of view.
We had a great end to our first term in school with our performance of our Christmas play, “Ralph the Reindeer”. We were amazing on the day and learned a lot from learning our lines and songs and performing them on the big stage! We were delighted to see Santa at school and our trip to the cinema.
